Venu Raghavan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Indecomm Digital Services and a member of its Board of Directors. In his role as CEO, Venu is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company, overseeing its extensive global operations, driving growth strategies, and promoting Indecomm Digital's values and client-first culture.
With Venu's strategic organizational leadership, Indecomm Digital has witnessed sustained growth over the years and has established itself as the leader in next-generation product engineering and digital experience services space with unrivaled digital capabilities such as platform modernization, data analytics, customer experience, and cloud adoption. In July 2019, the company attracted investment from Warburg Pincus, a leading global private equity firm with a successful track record of backing growth-focused businesses in the high-tech and next-generation IT space.
Venu has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology industry in both operational and advisory roles. He also serves on the Board of AZ Technology Council (www.aztechcouncil.org). Venu's keen interest and accomplishments in innovation, M&A, leadership, and strategy have won him numerous accolades. He was awarded the Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year® Award in 2008 in the Emerging category in Orange County/Desert Cities. He won 'CEO of the Year Award 2018' by the Phoenix Business Journal for his contributions to Indecomm and the region’s growth in technology.
Vikas joins Indecomm advising on Group finance, global operations, risk management, and strategic transactions. He brings over 30 years of experience with large, global businesses in the US, Asia Pacific, and Africa to the role.
Prior to joining Indecomm, Vikas served as Representative Director, Head of Transformation, Chief Financial, and Strategy Officer for Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings Inc., successfully leading post-merger integration and transformation, modernizing operations in manufacturing, logistics, route-to-market, financial and HR systems. He was voted as the ‘Best CFO in Japan’ (Food & Beverage sector) by Investor Weekly publication in 2018.
Vikas started his professional career with The Pillsbury Company. He subsequently served as COO and CFO for Source Precision Medicine, a start-up medical technologies company based in Colorado. He joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2005 as M&A Lead for Asia Pacific before going on to serve as CFO Africa (2006-2008), CFO Japan (2009-2014), and CFO Asia Pacific (2015-2016).
Vikas has a Bachelor of Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering degree from Punjab University in India and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. He attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in Spring 2019.
Rohit Nichani has been a key member of Indecomm Digital’s leadership team since its inception. He has contributed to the significant growth of the OPD business at the company.
Rohit is responsible for managing several key client relationships and programs. He plays a critical role in helping shape the company's core focus areas, go-to-market strategy, innovation & product management, and client engagement. Rohit is the creator of our Test Automation products, AutomationNG and ManageNG. Additionally, he is responsible for the eLearning offerings in the US, with primary focus on Platforms and Managed Learning.
He brings with him over 20 years of solid IT experience, which includes delivery management, executive relationship management, technology thought-leadership, sales, and business development. Rohit is considered an authority in the areas of software product design, architecture definition, and engagement process definition.
Aditya Srivastava has an extensive track record of creating and establishing successful technology services companies in the Asia-Pacific region. He brings in strong experience of delivering software & technology services in various domains; ranging from Logistics & Transportation to Financial Services and Manufacturing.
Under his leadership, Encora Technologies, an Indecomm Company, has grown steadily year on year and added new locations and lines of business in APAC

Roberto Martinez has been working in the software nearshoring industry for 20+ years. As a senior executive, he is familiar with the needs, obstacles, and challenges faced by small startups as well as big teams.

In his present role at Indecomm Digital, Anesh’s primary function consists of strengthening the Next-Gen solutions around Mobility, Cloud, UI/UX, Analytics, Test Automation and Core Product Re-engineering Services, and enabling the company’s clients to optimally achieve their goals.
Prior to joining Indecomm, Anesh served as a Managing Director at Accenture where he was responsible for managing the P&L and delivery of programs for large clients. Before that, he was a senior leader at iGATE and GE Healthcare, driving Business Intelligence units and the Center of Excellence.

Matt Perez has been building hardware and software products for over 30 years. He has helped raise close to $50M in VC investments as a co-founder of three startups. He's had two successful exits. In 2007, Matt co-founded Nearsoft, Inc, a successful software development company that helps its clients grow their software development teams with engineers in Mexico.
After working in traditional hierarchical, fear-based organizations for many years, Matt got a chance to experiment with organizational freedom and self-management at Nearsoft. The experiment is going well and Nearsoft is very successful thanks to its strong culture.

Prior to founding Söoryen, Ram has held various progressive technology leadership roles at 1800Flowers, Metlife, IBM, Citicorp, and Fujitsu.

Amardeep Singh has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Throughout his career, he has donned multiple hats and has substantial experience in delivery management, executive client relationship management, people management, sales, and business development.
Amar currently heads the Technology Consulting Group business for Indecomm Digital in India. He is responsible for managing the P&L and leading business development teams to sustain existing business and drive new business growth in India. Amar is passionate and enterprising by nature and has helped Indecomm Digital win and grow multiple strategic engagements.
Amar holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Nagpur University.
Pat Stoner is a seasoned technology executive who brings a unique blend of 25 years’ experience of sales, financial, and operations management within the software industry.
As SVP of Client Services, Pat is responsible for generating continued growth for Indecomm Digital. Pat’s accomplishments have won him and the companies he has worked with prestigious awards from the Arizona Technology Council including ‘Startup Company of the Year’ (Flypaper 2008), ‘Leader of the Year’ (Learning-Edge 2001), and ‘Company of the Year’ (Omega Legal Systems 1999).
Pat has been an active participant in the Arizona technology community. He is an emeritus board member of the Arizona Technology Council and former charter and board member of TiE Arizona. He has also served on the Governor’s Council on Innovation and Technology (2003-2007) and the Phoenix Commission on the Economy (2003-2008).
Jaison Verghese is an experienced financial leader with over 25 years of experience at several large organizations.
Jaison’s responsibilities at Indecomm Digital include all aspects of financial management, with a focus on corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
In his previous role at the Retails Asset Operations Group of ICICI Bank Limited, Jaison managed loan disbursement and post-disbursement customer compliances of retail loans. Prior to this, he was with WS Atkins India, where he held multiple responsibilities including finance, admin, and HR.
Jaison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Rashna Patnaik brings over 15 years of experience, both on the customer and service provider side, in complex IT and business process outsourcing deals, cloud arrangements, and licensing transactions.
At Indecomm Digital, Rashna and her team provide legal support to the executive leadership team and business units on a wide spectrum of legal and compliance matters. Prior to Indecomm, Rashna served as Assistant General Counsel and VP at Cantor Fitzgerald, where she advised the group’s most technologically advanced businesses on the purchase of technology products and services. Before joining Cantor Fitzgerald, Rashna was Deputy General Counsel of HBI, Inc., a part of the multi-billion dollar conglomerate, Hinduja Group. Before moving in-house, Rashna worked as an associate at various law firms, including Kelley Drye & Warren’s New York office.
Rashna graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai University with a degree in Law, and completed her Masters in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Suzanne McKenna is a Global Human Resources Executive with a 25-year proven track record in Strategy Development, HR Business Development, and Program & Project Management. Suzanne has worked in diverse environments, from US multinationals to start-ups.
As Vice President, People Development, Suzanne is responsible for leading and driving people strategies linked to Indecomm Digital’s vision of growth and innovation. Previously, as Country HR Manager for Hewlett Packard, Suzanne led multiple mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and downsizing programs. She also led global reward programs and transformational outsourcing deals at one of the leading multinational investment banks.
Suzanne’s ability to transform a vision into reality through sound strategic development has won her CIPD awards in the areas of employee engagement and change management.
Suzanne holds a B.A. Hons from National College of Ireland and a Diploma in Employment Law from University College Dublin. She is a continued member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, SHRM, and the Arizona HR Executive Forum.
With over 40 years of software industry experience, Mario Chaves has led Avantica's strategy and direction since its founding in the mid ‘90s. His constant pursuit of innovation has led Avantica to become an award-winning nearshore software services company. He was honored for Innovation in the ’Entrepreneur of the Year’ Awards in 2009 and 2018 by a major Costa Rican newspaper for leading the company to the development of groundbreaking applications using cutting edge technologies.
Before founding Avantica, Mario was Chief Technology Officer at Babcock & Brown, a leading investment banking firm, where he led a worldwide team and was responsible for all technology strategies and implementation. Before Babcock & Brown, Mario was Director of Product Development for Intuit, where he led the development of new products for the Quicken product line and managed the development of Intuit’s International Products. Prior to that, at Software Publishing Corporation, Mario created Harvard Graphics, which redefined the presentation graphics software category and was largely responsible for the company’s growth from $20M to over $100M in revenues.
Mario earned an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Davis.
Luis Carlos Chaves oversees Avantica's daily operations and ensures they are in alignment with the company's strategic development plans. His vision and eye for detail have seen Avantica through impressive organic growth rates of 30-40% annually since the company's launch in 1993. Under Luis Carlos, the company grew from a small team of 5 people to almost 1000 employees throughout Latin America.
Prior to co-founding Avantica Technologies, Luis Carlos was the CTO/CIO of Banco Cuscatlán, a leading commercial bank in Costa Rica, where he was responsible for all software development, IT operations, and technology strategy for over 12 years.
Luis Carlos has over 34 years of experience in software development and systems architecture. He has also accumulated a wealth of expertise in secure financial systems, network architecture, database design, activity-based cost systems, and web development.
Luis Carlos earned a BS degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Costa Rica and an MBA in Banking and Finance from National University, San Diego.
